Yes, I’m actually in my car. :) Anyway, let take a look at this Sapido device. I got hold of this from a colleague to do some testing for some upcoming projects. This small cube is about 2.5” by 2.5” and less than 1” thick. I’m too lazy to type out all the features, so read it off the website from here.
Ok, the main thing here is not discuss how small this device is, or how amazing it is. What I’m interested is hacking this device. This is an embedded Linux device, which to a certain extent, able to do *anything*. So, my project for this weekend is to get into this device, change something in the firmware, install some programs and see how well it works. I welcome any insights on how this can be done.
